Tasty Nordic is my work — I’m Lotta Wennerholm, a food creator, recipe developer, and photographer based in Finland.

I’ve always loved food and travelling, and I’ve been fortunate to experience many different food cultures around the world. Growing up Finnish while exploring the world has shaped the way I see food — from the flavours and traditions behind a dish to the way it is styled and captured.

Creativity has always been a big part of who I am. Alongside food, I love making things by hand, from sewing and crafts to creating the small details that bring an idea to life.

Before building Tasty Nordic, I worked for years as a paramedic. While it may seem like a different world, the same things matter: precision, attention to detail, and showing up fully.

I’m a graduate of Pretty Focused’s Food Blog Photography program.

I’m also a lucky wife and a mother of two, which has taught me a lot about creativity, flexibility, and finding joy in the everyday.

Every recipe at Tasty Nordic is developed, cooked, styled, photographed, and edited by me — from the first idea to the final image. The result is thoughtfully developed content that is beautiful, practical, and ready to publish.
