At Pretty Nordic, all products are digital downloads — professional food photography and recipe content delivered instantly after purchase.

Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or delivered. This is standard practice for digital content, since files can be copied and used immediately.

Exceptions — we will happily fix or refund if:

• You received a corrupted, incomplete, or unopenable file
• You received the wrong recipe package (not what you ordered)
• A technical error on our end caused a duplicate charge

If any of the above happens, contact us at [EMAIL] within 7 days of purchase with your order number, and we'll correct the issue or issue a refund.

Before you buy: Product previews, descriptions, and sample images are provided so you know exactly what you're getting. Please review these carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellations: Because delivery is instant and automatic, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
