Welcome to Pretty Nordic. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. Who we are

Pretty Nordic is a food photography and recipe content studio operated by [BUSINESS NAME], a sole proprietorship (enskild firma / enskild näringsidkare) registered in Finland, [BUSINESS ID]. We create original recipes, food styling, and photography for food bloggers and content creators.

2. What we sell

We sell exclusive recipe content packages, each including:

  • Original, professionally styled and photographed images of the dish
  • A written recipe (ingredients and instructions)
  • A license to use the content on your own blog, website, or social media channels, as described in the specific product listing

3. License and usage rights

When you purchase a recipe package, you receive a license to use the included content for your own publishing purposes (blog posts, social media, newsletters). Unless otherwise stated in the product listing:

  • Content is sold as exclusive — meaning we will not resell that same delivered content package to another customer.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the images or recipe text as standalone products.
  • You may not claim copyright ownership of the photography itself; you are licensed to use it, not to own the underlying copyright.

4. Our right to use content for marketing

Even though recipe packages are sold as exclusive content, Pretty Nordic retains the right to use a limited selection of images from each photo session — including images that were part of a delivered package — for our own marketing purposes (e.g. website, portfolio, social media, promotional video).

In practice, this typically means we may use up to 1 or 2 images per recipe/session for marketing, in addition to any behind-the-scenes footage or process shots from that session. "Exclusive" refers to your right to the recipe content for your own publishing use — it does not prevent Pretty Nordic from showcasing its own work.

5. Payment

All prices are listed in [CURRENCY, e.g. USD]. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

8. Limitation of liability

Pretty Nordic provides content "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or loss of income resulting from the use of our content on your blog or channels.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
