Pretty Nordic sells digital products only — there is no physical shipping.

• Delivery method: Files are delivered digitally via download link, sent automatically to the email address used at checkout, immediately after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery time: Instant, typically within a few minutes. If you don't receive your files within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at [EMAIL].
• File format: High-resolution images (JPEG) and recipe text (PDF/text document), as described in each product listing.
• Access: Download links may expire or have a limited number of downloads. If you lose access to your files, contact us and we'll resend them.
